- What is stored
- Span timings, service and route names, deploy events, alert history. Request bodies and headers are never collected unless you attach them yourself as attributes.
- How long it is kept
- Thirteen months on the usage plan, thirty days on the free tier. Close an account and every span is deleted within thirty days, backups included.
- Processing agreement
- You are the controller, Signal Labs is the processor. The current DPA and the full sub-processor list go out by return of email.
Requests for the DPA, the sub-processor list or a deletion confirmation go to legal@signal.sh. Account deletion is also a command: sgl org delete --confirm.
